Job Description
1) manage our repair team while they repair and maintain assets through plastic welding operations
2) ensure proper process is being followed during repair process
3) ensure proper QC is being done
4) train new hires on use of repair machines i.e. mainly liester plastic extrusion welder
5) make improvements to the workshop floor
6) ensure sufficient inventory of consumable and non consumable items
