Manager - Product Development (BESS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products, with a primary focus on liquid-cooled containerized systems and other standalone BESS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with vendors, developing strategic partnerships, co-developing sub-components, overseeing prototype development, and ensuring successful product certification and market launch.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to bring innovative and commercially viable BESS products to market.
