Manager QA/QC (Electrical)

1. B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 Years of overall Experience which includes 7 years of experience in Metro Rail Power supply
2. Lead and coordinate with site team with a focus on standardization, verification, continuous improvement and communication.
3. Knowledge on Civil activities including Testing for Receiving Substation works (RSS) works
4. Knowledge on Auxiliary Substation works
5. Interacting with CMRL and consultants for Quality aspects
6. Excellent customer focus and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, share and transfer knowledge within teams
7. Day to day interaction and coordination between other functions, especially Project & Engineering teams
8. Ability to create detailed strategy and plans to assess and improve the quality and effectiveness of Assurance and Project Delivery processes
9. ISO 9001:2015 certified Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor and conduct internal audits.
10.  Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
