Manager QA/QC (Electrical)

1. B.Tech /BE in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 Years of overall Experience which includes 7 years of experience in Metro Rail Power supply
2. ISO 9001:2015 certified Lead Auditor and conduct internal audits.
3. Lead and coordinate with site team with a focus on standardization, verification, continuous improvement and communication.
4. Knowledge on Civil activities including material Testing for Receiving Substation works (RSS) works
5. Knowledge on Auxiliary Substation works
6. Interacting with CMRL and GC (consultant) for Quality aspects
7. Preparation of RCA for the NCs issued by CMRL/ GC during Audits/Site visits
8. Excellent customer focus and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, share and transfer knowledge within teams.
9. Day to day interaction and coordination between other functions, especially Project & Engineering teams
10. Ability to create detailed strategy and plans to assess and improve the quality and effectiveness of Assurance and Project Delivery processes.
11. Preparation of Method statements for Electrical and Civil works
12. Ensuring the strict implementation of Checklist by site team for certification.
13.  Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
