 Core Responsibilities:

o Manage & control all operational activities at Storage Hub

o Ensure adequate coordination with branch operations and centralized operations team to maintain high quality service and customer satisfaction.

o Ensure consistency with main operations center policies, procedures and workflow, while maintaining market specific practices necessary for competitive edge.

o Stay abreast of changes related to the mortgage industry and bank changes related to the mortgage department and suggest changes to processes to ensure compliance.

o Ensure timely inward of File/Docket /PDD /Tranches dispatched from branches

o Managing scanning of Original Property documents and other critical documents as per defined process

o PDD acknowledgement in Finone and Bancs system

o Query resolution with co-ordination through branches

o Timely File reconciliation and publishing MIS to management on defined regular intervals

o Timely retrievals of documents as per agreed and defined SLA’s

o Adherence pre-defined DOA while exercising day today activities

o Managing document retrievals for terminated contracts

o Verification of Customer acknowledgement for terminated cases in SFDC as per defined process

o Checking and ensure timely processing of vendor bills

o Co-ordination and document retrievals for various audit activities 

o Accountable for storage hub operations activities and adhere to TAT and SLAs for all operations activities.

o Ensure nil critical and repeated audit observations as well and nil open customer complaints beyond defined time lines

Training to branches on process to ensure smooth functioning
