To oversee multiple design teams, set organizational design standards, and drive innovation in the design process and ensure that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives.10+ years of experience in ASIC testing utilizing hardware platforms Experience in hardware development that is target for ASIC reliability tests Experience in managing team of engineers to conduct tests, analyzedebug results and provide the test reports Lead a team of around 10 to 15 ASIC test and hardware engineers involved in ASIC testing tasks Experience in leading team to develop Software for ASIC reliability tests Involved in one or more ASIC reliability test life-cycle (from hardware development to providing test results) Able to debug and indicate failures that seen during reliability testing Plan activities and able to manage the schedule along with tracking to provide deliverables on-time Interact with other stake-holders in ASIC development lifecycle Knowledge on standards and qualification procedures related ASIC reliability tests (1.) To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. (2.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. (3.) To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards. (4.) To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
