Manager - Workshop & Refurbishment

Experience in Plastic Fabrication, HDPE Pipe Manufacturing, or Industrial Packaging repair

Must have at least 3–4 years in a supervisory role (managing a team of 5+ technicians)

Process Innovation (Critical): Move beyond standard plastic welding. Research and implement advanced repair techniques to extend the lifecycle of the assets.

Quality Assurance: Define the "Pass/Fail" criteria for a repaired asset before it goes back to a customer. Create a visual standard operating procedure (SOP) for the repair team.

Material Management: Manage inventory of HDPE filler rods, patches, and spare mats. Reduce wastage of repair materials.

Floor Management: Rostering of technicians, ensuring safety gear (PPE) compliance, and productivity tracking
