1. Design : 

• Knowledge on Design Codes such as ASME Div 1, Div 2, IBR, etc.
• Experience in Design of Static Equipment’s mainly Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers
• Experience on Design Software like PV Elite, Compress, Microportall
• Knowledge on Fabrication Processes, welding processes used in Manufacturing of static Equipment
• Experience in preparing / checking Fabrication Drawings
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Good in Design Fundamentals & Solid Mechanics
• Interacting with Customers (Domestic/International)
• Good Computer skills using drafting softwares likes AUTOCAD, UG-NX

2. FEA :

• Expertise in Stress Analysis – Static / Dynamic Analysis, Linear / Non-Linear
• Hands on Experience on stress analysis & modelling softwares like ANSYS, Workbench, STADPRO, UG-NX, Solidworks
• Knowledge of static equipment design as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1, Div 2, Div 3 codes
• Good in Design Fundamentals & Solid Mechanics
• Interacting with Customers (Domestic/International)
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
