Govindam Dairy Desserts is looking for an experienced, proactive individual to lead operations and assist in business expansion. As the Operations & Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the owner and act as the second-in-command — managing store operations, executing marketing strategies, handling clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management-

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Govindam outlet, banquet, and food truck
• Supervise staff, ensure discipline, scheduling, and hygiene compliance
• Manage product availability, kitchen coordination, and billing
• Handle inventory and procurement in sync with Petpooja
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address walk-in escalations

🔸 Marketing & Business Development

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (events, sampling, flyers)
• Build relationships with corporates, caterers, event planners for bulk orders
• Identify local partnerships and brand collaborations
• Promote the banquet hall and gifting solutions to new clients

🔸 Client Handling & Sales

• Follow up with inbound leads and generate new leads
• Handle corporate clients, exhibitions, and customer servicing
• Track sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue growth
• Support food truck outreach and vendor relations

✅ Required Skills & Profile:

• Experience in retail food, FMCG, QSR, café, or hospitality sector
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi
• Excellent communication and client-facing attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS (Petpooja preferred), WhatsApp panels, Excel, Canva, and Google tools
• Energetic, accountable, and ready to grow with the business
