Job Description:We are seeking a proactive

and dynamic Marketing & Production Executive to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will manage marketing activities, coordinate production processes, resolve customer issues, and liaise with Korean partner companies.

1. Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Promotion

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the company’s products.
• Promote products to potential and existing clients effectively.
• Collect market feedback and report trends to management.

1. Production Support

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve workflow issues.

1. Customer Relationship &
2. Problem Solving

• Address customer problems promptly and provide on-site solutions when required.
• Visit customer locations to understand challenges and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

1. International Coordination

• Visit Korean  companies and suppliers as required.
• Understand their processes and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Support import/export coordination and ensure compliance with company standards.

1. Reporting &
2. Documentation

• Maintain records of customer visits, problem resolutions, and production updates.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and customer feedback.

• Experience & Qualifications:Experience: 3–5 Years in Marketing / Production / Customer Relations
• Education:
• BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
• Diploma in Engineering
• Languages:
• English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Preferred
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹4.5 – 7 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
• Facilities: Canteen, Petrol allowance

Working Days & Timing:

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
