Marketing Executive

We are hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote our chit fund schemes and expand our customer base. This is a field-oriented role requiring direct customer interaction, local outreach, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain chit fund schemes.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and maintain long-term engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred, but freshers are welcome.
