Marketing Executive

Utilities Integrated is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our services by visiting apartments, residential associations, and corporate offices. The role involves on-ground marketing, client meetings, service presentations, and closing apartment-level and corporate service agreements.

Visit apartments, gated communities, and residential associations to introduce UI services

Meet corporate offices, facility managers, admin teams, and commercial establishments for service tie-ups

Present and explain services such as Home Cleaning, Corporate Cleaning, Pest Control, Painting, AMC, AC & Maintenance services

Coordinate with association members and corporate decision-makers for service onboarding

Generate leads and convert them into long-term contracts and service agreements

Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with existing clients

Coordinate with internal operations team for smooth service execution

Maintain daily visit reports, client details, and follow-up status
