Marketing Executive

Job Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Student Counselors / Education Advisors to guide prospective students and parents through our course offerings, helping them choose the right programs based on their academic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding our CAT, CLAT, and IPMAT prep programs

Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses

Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment

Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools

Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and events to promote the brand

Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong listening and persuasion abilities

Passion for education and student development

Candidates with strong communication skills are welcome; prior counseling/sales experience is a plus
