Marketing Executive

• Relationship Management: Daily, in-person visits to doctors, clinics, and health practitioners to promote hospital specialties and consultants.
• Networking: Building a strong, actionable database of medical professionals to drive referrals.
• Event Coordination: Organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, and doctor engagement activities.
• Target Achievement: Driving consistent patient inflow, meeting monthly or quarterly referral and revenue targets.
• Reporting: Maintaining daily records of doctor visits, feedback, and patient conversions using CRM systems.
• Audit & Support: Monitoring the delivery of marketing materials and kits to referring doctors. [1, 2, 3]

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years (or 2-6 years for managers) in hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or business development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
