Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our warehousing services, generate new business leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the logistics and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with CHA, C&F AGENTS, manufacturers, traders, and distributors.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients for warehouse space leasing.
• Identify and approach potential customers such as manufacturers, importers, exporters, and logistics firms.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in logistics, real estate, or warehousing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
