Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to drive digital marketing, inside sales, and BTL (Below the Line) promotional activities for our car detailing stores. The candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, with a focus on generating leads and improving conversions within outlet catchment areas.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute marketing strategies for all store locations, including inside sales initiatives and BTL activities in outlet catchment areas.

·         Plan, create, and Manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and Facebook pages.

·         Oversee online Marketing campaigns, promotions, and store-level branding initiatives.

·         Analyse market trends, Data analytics and customer need to identify new opportunities.

·          Design and implement creative campaigns

·         Monitor and Publish Dashboards on the Performance of Marketing campaigns (ROI, engagement, reach).

·         Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and stores.

Desired Skills & Competencies

·         Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Online Promotions.

·         Experience in inside sales and BTL marketing activities in outlet catchment areas.

·         Creative mindset with the ability to develop & execute innovative Marketing ideas.

·         Hands-on experience with content creation, posting, and audience engagement.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

·         Experience in the automotive/car-care industry will be an added advantage.
