Marketing Manager

Position Overview•

The Real Estate Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to generate leads, enhance brand presence, and support sales teams in achieving revenue goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects.

• Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media.

• Create and supervise marketing collaterals such as brochures, videos, hoardings, and event materials.

• Coordinate project launches, branding events, and promotional activities.

• Generate leads through online and offline channels.

• Collaborate with CRM and sales teams for lead nurturing and conversion.

• Monitor and report KPIs such as CPL, CTR, lead quality, and conversion rates.

• Manage marketing budgets and negotiate with vendors and agencies.

• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and digital platforms.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Plan and execute on-ground activities like roadshows, mall activations, and site events.

• Guide and supervise marketing executives and creative teams.

Key Skills Required• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and real estate marketing.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, multiple vendors, and timelines.

• Creative thinking and strategy-building capability.

• Experience in real estate project campaigns preferred.

Educational Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
