Marketplace Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Associate to join our dynamic team at AVIAS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 yearsof relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, or other e-commerce marketplaces. You will play a crucial role in optimizing product listings, managing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Listing & Catalog Management: Maintain and update product listings, including content optimization, pricing strategies, and keyword enhancement to improve search rankings and visibility.

MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain daily MIS reports to track sales, inventory, and ad performance.

Advanced Excel: Work extensively on Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

FBA & FBF Operations: Manage and optimize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF) processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth strategies.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' strategies, pricing, and product performance to stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to drive e-commerce success.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in ad campaign management on Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC (Cost Per Click), and other key performance metrics.

Experience in inventory management, product listing, and catalog optimization.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis tools, and marketplace analytics dashboards.

Experience in FBA & FBF operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
