Avias India is a fast-growing premium kitchenware brand with a strong presence across leading marketplaces. We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to own and scale our Amazon & Flipkart business with a strong focus on execution, growth, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for end-to-end operations and performance on Amazon & Flipkart. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and experienced in scaling marketplace sales while maintaining strong account health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities | Amazon & Flipkart Operations

• Own daily operations on Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Manage product listings, optimization & content updates
• Coordinate A+ Content / enhanced brand content
• Manage deals, offers, lightning deals & festive campaigns
• Monitor Buy Box, visibility & keyword performance
• Track account health, policy compliance & performance metrics
• Handle returns, claims, reimbursements & escalations

Inventory & Fulfillment

• Manage FBA/FBM & Flipkart fulfillment models
• Plan inventory & avoid stock-outs / overstocking
• Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain teams

Growth & Performance

• Analyze sales, traffic & conversion metrics
• Identify growth opportunities & category expansion
• Work with ads/performance team for campaign coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

Platform & Account Management

• Coordinate with Amazon & Flipkart account/category managers
• Stay updated on platform policy changes & best practices
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new products & ASINs/SKUs

Requirements

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces
• Strong understanding of Seller Central & Seller Hub
• Experience with listing optimization, deals & account health
• Good knowledge of FBA/FBM & fulfillment processes
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience in D2C brands preferred
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs & high-volume operations
