Mechanical Design Engineer

•  Should have at least 10+ years of work experience in Pump Head Calculations & Hydraulic Design Calculations of   Pumping Station 

• Numerical simulation and analysis of flow in the Main Pumping station using Computational Fluid Dynamics(Ansys Fluent)

• Awareness of Surge Analysis 

•  Should have experience in Design of Odor Control system

• Should have experience in Design of HVAC  System and preparation of in-plant pipe routing for Water & Effluent treatment plants 

• Preparation of Engineering drawings(General Arrangement Drawing, Hydraulic Flow Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) 

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Pipes & pipe fittings along with valves schedule and pipe wall thickness calculation 

• Technical evaluation of vendor offers for Electro-Mechanical Equipment and complete checking of interdisciplinary drawings

 • Should have work experience Design of Firefighting System for Water & Effluent treatment plants in accordance with the National Standards
