Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineering

Expertise in rotating equipment like large capacity compressor, pumps (horizontal & vertical), packaged equipment (pressurizing system, dosing system etc.) with knowledge in applicable Indian and International codes and standards (API/HIS/IS). Should possess working awareness of design interface with other system engineers/contractors and statutory approval authorities.

* Experience in detail design of pump house, compressor plant for power plants, metro, hydel.

* Exposure to CFD analysis and sump model study of pumping system.

* Design calculations including pressure drop calculations, layout preparation, selection of materials, PID & PFD finalization

* Responsible for RFQ preparation, vendor bid document evaluation, detail design documents review and finalization

* Interface signoff with other system engineers/contractors

* Responsible for coordination with site team, QA, client and other stakeholders
