Medical Lab Technician

• Sample Handling & Testing: Receive, process, prepare, and analyze various samples (biological, chemical) using scientific methods and instruments, as per standard procedures.
• Equipment Management: Calibrate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.) to ensure accuracy and proper function.
• Data & Documentation: Accurately record, analyze, and present experimental data, results, and quality control metrics in paper or electronic formats.
• Quality Control: Execute QC checks to validate test results and ensure precision.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, stock, and organize lab supplies and chemicals.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines, including wearing PPE and proper waste disposal.
• Collaboration: Work with scientists and other technicians, discuss workflows, and communicate findings. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant scientific degree BSC WITH DMLT (NABH Certified Hospital )
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with lab instruments, data analysis software (Excel, Tableau), and scientific methods.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication (written/verbal), organization, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Experience: Experience in a lab setting, ideally with specific techniques like cell culture or diagnostics.
