Medical Representative

A Medical Representative (Med Rep) promotes and sells a company's pharmaceutical products, equipment, or services to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists) by building relationships, educating them on product benefits, and meeting sales targets within an assigned territory, acting as a key liaison between the company and the medical field. Key duties involve organizing appointments, conducting presentations, managing client feedback, attending conferences, and staying updated on medical advancements and competitor activities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Introduce new present features/benefits, and persuade professionals to prescribe/use them.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with doctors, hospital staff, and pharmacists.
• Territory Management: Plan visits, manage budgets, and track sales performance in a specific geographical area.
• Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of products, medical regulations, and industry trends.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
• Market Research: Gather insights on competitors and market needs. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications
