Overall Job Objective (Purpose):

Role: Visibility Captain  

Responsibility: Visibility Captain responsible for achieving RPS of merchandising, shelving and visibility in the stores.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: SSLC / Intermediate

Experience: Relevant experience of not more than 2-3 years

Language: Fluency in local language, Basic knowledge of English (read & write)

Key Criteria: Age not mote than 30 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Deliver in store merchandising, shelving and visibility

2.    Delivery of stocks to the stores.

Records and reports

Delivery of the visibility drives

Execution of devices and POSMs

MEASURES

% stores meeting merchandising and Golden stores as per the monthly targets

100% accurate records and reports submitted on time

100% of the visibility drives executed on time and with quality

100% execution of Devices and POSMs
