Job Description

Job Summary: 

As a Microsoft Foundry Developer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-native applications and services using Microsoft's modern technology stack, including .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, and containerization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop solutions, and drive the adoption of new technologies. 

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Design and Develop Cloud-Native Applications: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native applications and services using Microsoft's modern technology stack. 
2. Technology Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions that drive business value. 
3. Cloud Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy applications and services on Azure, leveraging Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Storage. 
4. Containerization: Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration platforms. 
5. API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven systems that enable seamless integration with other services and applications. 
6. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications and services. 
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to identify and prioritize project requirements and drive solution development. 
8. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and services, and share knowledge with the broader engineering community. 

Requirements: 
1. Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, and/or other modern programming languages. 
2. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. 
3. Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. 
4. API Development: Experience with RESTful API design and development. 
5. Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. 
6. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Nice to Have: 
1. Experience with Azure Services: Experience with Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Storage. 
2. Experience with DevOps Tools: Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. 
3. Experience with Security and Compliance: Experience with security and compliance frameworks, including Azure Security Center and Azure Policy. 
4. Experience with Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks, including Azure Machine Learning and TensorFlow.
