Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator for our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various data related to inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update inventory records, tracking product quantities, locations, and stock levels.
• Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all related data is accurately recorded.
• Support the preparation of reports, including stock levels, order statuses, and inventory movements.
• Assist with order processing, data validation, and invoice generation when required.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth data flow related to incoming and outgoing products.
• Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with any clerical tasks within the warehouse, including filing, document scanning, and organizing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or warehouse operations are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in data entry within a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking systems and processes.
• Ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
