Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and maintain MIS databases and reporting systems.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external compliance needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to data entry, storage, and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
- Coordinate with IT and department heads to streamline data collection and processing.
- Train staff on MIS software tools and data management best practices.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new MIS tools or upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support audits by providing accurate and timely data.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, systems coordination, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., MS Access, SQL) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
