Your Mission is to be:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Console Care Specialist: Test and service gaming consoles and controllers (PS4, PS5) with precision. Repair or replace damaged parts using hand tools and high-tech instruments to get devices back in top shape.
• Quality Guardian: Perform quality testing on all products and ensure they meet our high standards. You'll be responsible for verifying that repaired devices function perfectly before they reach our customers.
• Tech Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest mobile technology trends and innovations. Your knowledge will help us stay competitive and provide the best service.
• Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and manage inventory of parts. Your attention to detail will ensure everything is tracked and accounted for.
• Issue Resolver: Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments for fast resolution, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.
• Compliance Champion: Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.

What You Bring to the Game:

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a mobile technician or in a similar role, ideally within the gaming or tech industry.
• Gaming Passion: A strong love for gaming with in-depth knowledge of various gaming consoles and accessories.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues with expertise. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to tackle technical challenges.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work general shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, 6 days a week, ensuring full coverage and support.
