Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones (Android & iOS).
  • Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging jack, motherboard-level repairs, etc.
  • Ensure timely repair and delivery as per TAT guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of repair jobs and inventory usage.
  • Follow company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with backend/warehouse for spare parts.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to repair and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair workstation.
