Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React JS and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery management process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery management process for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives.
• Utilize strong React JS knowledge to guide the development team in implementing best practices and optimizing performance.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to relevant team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React JS, with a deep understanding of its core principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in delivery management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs to facilitate better collaboration with development teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in software delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or delivery management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
