Job Description:

Mortgage Broking – Setup of client application in aggregator’s broker tool with the help Factfind.

Preparation of Serviceability calculator.

Shortlisting of the products and comparison of other products.

Liasing with banks to negotiate the loan terms and conditions and settle the loan applications

Preparation of Loan summary and finalization Statement of Credit Assistance.

Contacting borrowers for further documentations and providing support services

Preparation in broker notes

Apply online application – validation of errors.

Uploading compliance documents through NCCP checklist.

Excellent oral and verbal and communication & analytical skills

Strong Knowledge in mortgage broking industry specifically in Australian geography
