NAPS Apprentices

About the Role:

India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for NAPS Apprentices at our Vallam Vadagal plant. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh Diploma / BE graduates to gain practical, on-the-job training in the automotive industry while working with a global leader in two-wheeler manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support in production, quality, and maintenance activities
• Assist in daily shop-floor operations under the guidance of senior staff
• Understand and apply safety protocols and workplace discipline
• Participate in continuous improvement activities in the assigned department
• Maintain reports and documentation as per training requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / BE (Mechanical, ECE, EEE, Automobile)
• Year of Passing: 2021 – 2025
• Male & Female candidates can apply

Stipend & Benefits:

• Fixed Stipend: ₹19,653 per month (including attendance allowance)
• Transport facility provided from: Sriperumbudur, Sunguvarchathiram, Padappai, Walajabad, Oragadam, Tiruvallur
