NAPS Trainee (10 nos)
Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Dip, Any Degree
Stipend: Fresher: ₹15,418 +1000 Att.bonus + ₹1,500 NAPS = ₹17,918
Experienced: ₹16,500 +1000 Att.bonus + ₹1,500 NAPS = ₹19,000
Shift Timings: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Leave Policy: If a candidate works 25 days, 1 Casual Leave is permitted.
Overtime (OT) Policy
Festival holidays, working Double OT applicable
OT Rate (Fresher): ₹66/hour
OT Rate (Experienced): ₹69/hour
Food & snacks: Provided by the company on a shift basis
Attendance Cycle - 1st to 30th of every month
Shift: 8 hours working
Sunday fixed Holiday
