Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced and dedicated NEET UG Faculty (Biology / Chemistry / Physics) to teach and mentor students preparing for the NEET-UG examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach NEET-UG aspirants in a clear and structured manner both Online and Offline (Studio & Classroom sessions).
• Prepare high-quality lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
• Conduct regular classes, doubt-clearing sessions, tests, and revision classes.
• Track and evaluate student performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure NEET-level accuracy and depth while teaching theoretical and application-based concepts.
• Train students to answer MCQs with speed, accuracy, and strong conceptual understanding.
• Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
• Participate in academic planning, syllabus updates, and faculty review meetings.
• Support academic operations including content creation, test evaluation, and invigilation.

Required Qualifications:

• NEET UG teaching experience is mandatory (subject-wise).
• Master’s degree in biology / chemistry / physics / Life Sciences / related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of NEET coaching experience (preferred).
• Strong command over the NEET syllabus, exam trends, and question patterns for the respective subject.
