• Manage and maintain the security of networks on which hosted systems reside.
• Maintain and update allocated IP addresses database according to Security policies in place and allow Tate & Lyle inquiries to same.
• Configuration and reports for Supplier-supported systems.
• All FWs need to be in Palo Alto Panorama or other Customer designated FW config management solution.
• All FWs must be logging to SIEM
• All FW rules should be reviewed for use, effectiveness and need semi-annually
• FWs must be maintained at N or N-1 levels of Software and Hardware
• Defined Configuration and scenarios for Prisma Access should be maintained and adhered to
• Logging configured toward the SIEM and APIs to the SOAR where applicable
• Level 2 support and escalation for each technology
• Providers assurance and reporting will include metrics.
