Job Title: Senior Non-IT Recruiter (Female Only)-REMOTE/WFH

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling mid to senior-level hiring across industries and must be proficient in using all major job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries
• Handle mid-level to senior-level positions, including leadership hiring
• Source candidates through job portals Naukri, Indeed,LinkedIn,Apna, references, and networking etc
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines consistently

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with all major job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.)
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment across domains (BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring
• Strong networking and headhunting skills
• Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates only
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment
• Proven experience in mid & senior-level hiring
• Experience in an HR consultancy or recruitment firm is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: 15 K to Maximum 20 K PM +Attractive incentives
