Job Location : Chennai

We are hiring for Field Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter

Candidate should have past experience in Sourcing / Hiring candidates for Picker / Packer, Warehouse and Logistics.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Role:

Responsible for End to End recruitment.

Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.

Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client need.

1-2 years of NON it recruitment Bulk Hiring

WORK FROM OFFICE and Field

Salary: As per company norms + Incentives based on performance + ESI + PF

Day Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
