Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in Recruitment, Hiring & Screening, especially for E-commerce and FMCG/FMCD clients.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles

Daily 10–12 candidate line-ups

Screening and shortlisting candidates

Close coordination with clients

Scheduling interviews and collecting feedback

Regular tracker updates

Client visits during interview drives

Active communication with candidates and clients

Achieving individual joining target of up to 35

Client Exposure Required:

E-commerce clients like Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart

FMCG / FMCD clients

Retail Sales & FMCG/FMCD Sales hiring

Required Skills:

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Experience in bulk and lateral hiring

Good communication and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Education:

HS / Any Graduate
