• Handling non-voice customer support processes
• Addressing customer queries through chat or email support (No Calling)
• Working in rotational shifts, mostly during the night

RequirementsRequirements:

• Eligible candidates should hold a BBA/BCOM/BFA/Any Finance Graduate degree
• Ineligible candidates include those with BA/CA/BSC/PG and BE/BTECH degrees
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with proper punctuation and grammar
• Possession of original hardcopies of all semester marksheets and degree certificate
