Job Description

  • Provide nursing care to patients at home as per physician’s instructions and care plan.
  • Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, and report changes to the concerned doctor or supervisor.
  • Administer prescribed medications and injections, including IV therapies when required.
  • Perform wound dressing, catheterization, tracheostomy care, feeding tube management, or other clinical procedures as advised.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities when required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and progress notes.
  • Educate patients and family members on disease management, post-hospital care, and preventive health measures.
  • Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
