Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified nurse who can handle both home visits and in-clinic responsibilities. This is a hybrid role involving patient care, phlebotomy, and clinic assistance, with a strong focus on reliability and clinical competence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHome Visit Duties (Primary Role)Visit patients’ homes to:
• Administer injections (IM/SC/IV as required)
• Assist in medical weight loss programs
• Monitor and record:
• Body weight
• Inch measurements
• Progress tracking
• Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and professionalism during visits
• Phlebotomy & Clinical Skills (Mandatory)Perform blood draws independently and confidently
• Insert IV lines and assist in IV medication administration
• Support procedures requiring blood sampling and IV access

Phlebotomy and IV skills are critical requirements for this role.

In-Clinic ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during procedures

Support clinic operations and patient flow

Help with basic therapist and clinic management tasks when required

Training & GrowthTraining will be provided for:

1. Clinic procedures
2. Basic laser and aesthetic device handling

Opportunity to learn and assist in additional services offered at the clinic

RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing) – Mandatory

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Phlebotomy
• IV line insertion

Two-wheeler driving is mandatory

• Scooter will be provided for travel

Work Details Location: Mogappair, Chennai

Work type: Hybrid (Home visits + In-clinic)

Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly off: 1 day
