Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the dermatologists and cosmetologists during consultations and aesthetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms with required instruments, equipment, and consumables before each appointment
- Handle basic dermatology and cosmetic procedures such as laser hair removal, chemical peels, PRP/GFC setup, facials, microneedling support, etc.
- (Training will be provided if required)
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and procedure notes
- Explain treatment plans, pre-care and post-care instructions clearly to patients
- Manage stock levels, consumables, and ordering requirements
- Ensure strict hygiene, sanitization, and sterilization protocols as per clinic standards
- Support the front desk team during peak hours—patient flow, appointment coordination, and follow-ups
- RequirementsQualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing or relevant medical certification
- Experience: 0–2 years (Experience in dermatology/aesthetics preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Ability to handle patients politely, professionally, and confidently
- Willing to learn and grow in advanced aesthetic treatments and skin-care technologies
- Presentable, responsible, and disciplined work ethic
