Fertility Experience is Mandatory

Responsibilities 

Patient Engagement: Manage appointments, provide patient education, and handle IUI/IVF calls and consent procedures.

OPD Support: Assist in outpatient care and address patient concerns.

Coordination: Collaborate with doctors, labs, and other centers for seamless care.

Medication Management: Ensure correct administration and documentation of medications and injections.

Injection & Blood Draws: Instruct patients, maintain records, and administer injections like trigger shots.

Scan Room: Assist with scans, update records, and maintain machine functionality.

OT Management: Support surgeries, manage sterile conditions, update registers, and prep patients.

Follow-Up: Track patient progress, update reports, and manage third-party care.

Maintenance: Oversee equipment, supplies, and cold chain drug quality.

Compliance & Records: Maintain regulatory submissions, ART data, narcotic registers, and procedure documentation.

Skills Required 

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and well-organized with multitasking skills.
• Energetic, alert, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Must hold a valid nursing license.
