Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Skin Therapist cum Staff Nurse to join our team. This role will combine core nursing duties with skin therapy services, supporting our clinic’s mission to provide comprehensive care to patients. Candidates with nursing diplomas or prior nursing experience will be given top priority.

Key Responsibilities1. Nursing Duties

• Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist senior practitioners with cupping therapy procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide basic wound care, post-cupping care, and follow-up support to patients.
• Administer over-the-counter medications (as per clinic protocols) and educate patients on medication adherence.
• Adhere to strict infection control and hygiene standards for all clinic procedures.

2. Skin Therapy Duties

• Conduct one-on-one skin consultations to assess patient concerns (acne, pigmentation, dryness, aging).
• Perform basic skin treatments: facials, exfoliation, acne management, pigmentation reduction, and moisturizing therapies.
• Recommend personalized skincare routines and clinic-approved products to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

3. General Clinic Responsibilities

• Assist with patient appointment scheduling and follow-up calls.
• Manage inventory of nursing supplies and skincare products, restocking as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc Nursing (Priority)
• OR Diploma in Skin Therapy/Cosmetology
• Age: 18-30 years
• Ability to work in Vellore, Coimbatore, or Chennai (specify preferred location in application)

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in nursing or skin therapy (freshers with relevant diplomas are also welcome).
• Knowledge of basic cupping therapy procedures (training will be provided for eligible candidates).
• Familiarity with skincare products and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all age groups.
• Computer literacy for maintaining digital patient records.
• Patient empathy and attention to detail.
