O&M Site incharge - Mechanical

• Candidate might be having qualification of either diploma in mechanical engineering with 12-15 years (OR)
• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical engineering) with min of 7 years and maximum of 10 years’ experience.
• Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Having a keen experience in O&M of Various capacity HSC pumps, Vertical Turbine Pumps, compressors, Blowers, Different type of valves, pipeline networks etc.,
• Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
• Thorough Knowledge in performance analysis of mechanical equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
• Coordination with Client, HQ  and various stack holders.
• Basic operation knowledge in MS office.
• Root cause analysis for the failures if any.
• Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized maintenance management system.
