At Precision Pro Events, we are looking for Office Help for handling the following responsibility :

• Overall office administration including essentials & adhoc requirements
• Maintaining office premises clean & tidy including work stations, conferences rooms, guest room, reception / waiting areas etc.,
• Upkeeping documents / file as appropriate
• Office Stock Purchase
• Office Stock Maintenance
• Drinking water maintenance

Attending office errands viz.,

• Document delivery viz., Taking important papers to clients, vendors, or government offices.
• Bank transactions viz., Depositing checks, withdrawing cash, or handling financial paperwork.
• Mailing and courier services viz., Sending packages, collecting mail, or delivering urgent documents.
• Office supply purchases viz., Buying stationery, printer ink, or other essential materials.
• Bill payments viz., Settling utility bills, rent, or other company expenses.
• Client visits viz., Dropping off proposals, contracts, or samples to customers.
• Equipment maintenance viz., Taking office devices for repair or servicing.
• Food and beverage runs viz., Picking up refreshments for meetings or staff.
