Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations of the office

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Dispatch) for smooth workflow
  • Maintain records, invoices, and documentation
  • Handle basic inventory tracking (inward & outward)
  • Assist in order processing and status tracking
  • Support customer communication and follow-ups
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Ensure proper filing and data management (digital & physical)
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in admin, operations, or coordination roles
  • Basic understanding of inventory or stock management
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is an added advantage

Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
