🏢 Job Title: Office AdministratorDepartment: Administration
Reports To: HR / Managing Director
Job Summary:The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support management, staff, and clients with effective coordination and documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle all administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain attendance records and assist HR with leave tracking.
- Support the accounting team by handling petty cash and expense records.
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic presentations when required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage front desk activities.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Assist in organizing company events, interviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving mindset.
- Preferred Skills:Experience in real estate, construction, or service-based companies.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or HR operations is an added advantage.
Work Location: Valasaravakkam Work Timing: 9:30-6:30 Salary Range: 25k+ based on your experience
