Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to handle front office operations, attend incoming and outgoing calls, and provide overall administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and route them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain call records and follow up on inquiries and customer requests.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain records of attendance, courier, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting schedules and appointments.
- Support HR and Accounts department with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle renewal calls and follow-up calls if required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Degree (Preferred: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate).
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Regional Language).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel).
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in front office or customer support.
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
