Job Description

                        

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to handle front office operations, attend incoming and outgoing calls, and provide overall administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and route them to the concerned departments.
  • Maintain call records and follow up on inquiries and customer requests.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain records of attendance, courier, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meeting schedules and appointments.
  • Support HR and Accounts department with basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle renewal calls and follow-up calls if required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Degree (Preferred: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Regional Language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel).
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Pleasant personality with professional behavior.


Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in front office or customer support.
  • Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
