Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, record maintenance, and data entry with accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic office correspondence.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Support HR and admin teams with onboarding, employee documentation, and general office tasks.
  • Assist in handling courier, mail distribution, and other clerical activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment and work areas.
  • Provide support during audits by arranging required documents and information.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.
